Vanessa Voss

Vanessa has an extensive background in insurance, customer service, and leadership management. She graduated from City University of Seattle with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication and a Master of Arts Degree in Global Leadership.

She started in the insurance industry in Oct 2013. In March of 2020, right before the COVID Pandemic, Vanessa opened Voss Insurance Group, LLC. The Agency started in a tiny one-woman office in University Place. Thanks to loyal clients and their support, Voss Insurance has grown substantially. In Nov 2022, they were able to relocate to a larger office just outside Fircrest, WA.

Vanessa believes she has found her calling and consistently strives to raise the bar of the insurance industry. Insurance is a challenging field but, when operated with integrity, transparency, and commitment, can have a major impact on clients, agents, and the community.

Brittney Mace has been a dedicated member of the Voss Insurance Group since 2023. As an Agent with Voss Insurance Group, Brittney works directly under Agent Owner, Vanessa Voss, and strives to redefine the client experience for those who provide us their trust in insurance and retirement needs. She is committed to protecting Voss clients throughout the Pacific Northwest, supporting them through life’s unexpected and challenging moments with the tools and security they need to face the future with confidence.
